I've eaten at Mona Lisa three times in the past two months. Have always found the food delicious and filling. Quiet enough to enjoy a good conversation. Very reasonably priced, especially considering the post-Katrina inflation that has hit the city. It's well worth the walk to the lower end of the Quarter.
