Every time I visit this location their shake machine is down??? Not sure why management does not resolve this issue...it's an inconvenience driving to BK waiting in line and to find out that once again the shake machine is down. As far as customer service goes management is very RUDE! I have never had such a bad experience from a fast food company EVER!
