Excellent zoo. We didn't get to explore all of it, but most of it. The rainforest was awesome, all of the exhibits were great! The desert dome i was a little dissappointed with, but I doubt i'll see anything like it elsewhere. I really enjoyed the aquarium! A MUST see!

I like the new sky line thing and I do get a kick ass butt workout in the huge hills..I go every other weekend since,I got a yearly pass..WTF..the food is expensive so bring plenty please..and go in the morning when the animals are active and screwing each others brains..very educational and I get to explore the train too.

Love the zoo to bad they don't have job offers or else I would work there part time maoahaa..

I live in Omaha so I go here all the time and I am so glad! It has AMAZING attractions! My favorite exhibits here would be the aquarium, the gorilla valley, and the Desert Dome/Kingdoms of the Night. I also heard the Butterfly/Insect Pavillion is fantastic. I havent been to it yet. I know I am so lucky to have one of the best attractions in the country just 25 minutes away!

Please do not read the Tom Rocks review, he obviously made it a bad experience. No one can control the animals, they take naps and hide out just like people. I have been going to this zoo my whole life I've been to others all over and this one tops them all. Of course there is some construction they are always improving. I'm planning a trip there in August and I'm sure my whole family will love it!

I have been to zoos in CO, TX, KS, MN and this zoo crushes all of them combined. There is so much to see that we usually divide it into two trips. Where else can you go in the dead of winter in the midwest, and walk through the jungle, desert, undersea, and swamp.
