I have been to every sushi restaurant in town and though this place is very small and nothing fancy, there sushi is by far the best with the best prices. They also have a huge selection to choose from for half price sushi hours. If you like spicy rolls...try the Kaji Maki roll. It is to die for!

A great place downtown to get sushi rolls and sake! Definitely try the sake sampler and don't plan to drive for at least one or two hours after. Even though the sushi may take a little time to get out to you it is worth it. Service is friendly and the place is very clean.
Downtown Omaha really doesn't have much in the way of international cuisine but this place is a gem and friendly for singles, couples, and families alike.

i know sushi, im guessing the people that rated it badly don't know what REAL sushi tastes like. Matsu's is by far the best compared to Blue and Hiro's. Hiro's is over priced and horrible sushi. Matsu's is tiny, and the food is great!

I ate here on Friday evening. It was very busy, but the sushi chefs did a great job keeping up. The sushi was excellent!!! I'll definately be back.

I love this place. I love the location, the employees, and the food. I get sushi from matsu every day before work and I've never been let down. I havn't traveled the world in search for the perfect sushi but I have been here or there and this is a good place.
