My goodness, what a chance to return in time for the old eatery, Once serving Pie and beer. My children were introduced to these yummy burgers early in life, as we lived in other states. Every time we came home for visit, there was always a sack of cozys in the car on the way back home. Shorty Kellams, our childrens grandfather worked there (cozy) ...

Read a newspaper article about this place about 10 or 2 years ago. And I was hooked though at the time I had little idea where Salina was.

Well, today, finally, we wandered in the front door to stand in a line. Lines are usual there because the place is small, small, small. There are only SIX stools at the short counter! I can not guess the ...

We drive up from Lockhart, Texas (best BBQ in Texas) each year and I get by to get six and a soda. Been eating there for 67 year. Wife still washes my clothes after a visit.

Just to see the neon was worth the visit. The grill they use to cook your burgers, is the same one they started with back in 1922. The menu is simple - burgers, chips, soda. You can not get cheese with your burgers, you can not get burgers without onion, if you want to custom order your burger - then go to Burger King, Cozy is truely one-of-a-kind. Bring a camera, you won't see another burger shack like this in Kansas.

A break from the ordinary... quality little burgers with a bit of history. Come experience the buzz of Salina and see why this little shack has been around for so many years. Be aware though if you visit this little slice of heaven all the locals will be able to tell where you had a meal at least once during the day.

Absolutely, without a doubt the best place to belly up and enjoy a piece of history. 85 years young and going strong, this eatery is by far the best! "Buy 'em by the Sack" is their slogan and once you've tried one you will understand why these oniony works of art have people coming from all around the world to try one.
