My husband and I eat there usually once a month, we think the food is excellent, a great value when we order the dinner for two, more food than four people could eat, excellent service and the prices are perfect, I've been to many Chinese Buffets and get just as satisfied with the amount of food we're served at Evergreen. Would recommend every Chinese Cuisine lover to go, you won't be disappointed!

This place is so far from authentic it's not even funny. It is horrible. Everytime I've eaten there over the years it's been gros. Go to Red Fortune instead located in downtown Bonner Springs, they're WAY better and nicer.

The only time I visit is durring Ren Fest. It's close to the site, and on our way home. They are very accomodating to large groups; the food is good, and the value is great!
