I am in KC for a week, and everyone told me I had to try this restaurant. I went last night, and I was very unimpressed. I got the shredded beef sandwich with the traditional sauce. It was really pretty gross -- very fatty, the meat was tough. Lot of hype -- not a lot of substance. Ick. Going to KC Masterpiece in Overland Park tonight, and hope it is better.

It's the best. What else can I say. A#1++++++++
Their sauce is awesome as well. Large portions and lots of fries.

I am a huge BBQ fan and have always loved KC BBQ. On my recent trip, I ate at Jack Stack's and this was my first time to eat Arthur Bryants and they were both a HUGE disappointment. The ribs were burnt and the pulled pork was awful. There are two BBQ spots in my hometown, Ada, OK that are both 100% better than this.
