It was dingy and dirty downstairs, dog poop in the back yard had to watch where we walked carefully. Breakfast was cold and overdone. Our room was changed and towels gone while we were at an appointment at 7:30AM we were not to check out until 11:00. Could not take a shower after we returned at 8:00AM. Our door was locked and someone went in and moved our clothing and suitcases. Our privacy was invaded.
