If you enjoy the comforts of home then Floridays is the place to stay. Everything is provided for you and the units are very clean. Service is outstanding, very caring and friendly people. One thing that we didn't like was that the room attendance would make to much noise in the morning, and that would wake us up earlier then what we would like too.

We live in the Netherlands and come to Orlando every year during the summer vacation for 12 years now. We've been in all kinds of pretty good quality resorts like Marriott's and Disney's. I can't say enough about this place! Very convenient location, yet in a quiet less congested area of International Drive. Everything within a 5-15 min. drive at most including all the major theme parks.

We just returned from our Orlando visit and we had a great time. Staying at the Floridays Resort was enjoyable and relaxing! It was nice to be able to take a break from the "Disney Scene." However, we were close enough to the parks, so traveling to and fro was not a hassle.

Our family really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. The pool was very fun and our room was very luxurious (plenty of space also). We are so glad we found this place. If we ever take our family to Florida again this place is first on our list

Exactly as I expected. Very nice large rooms. Nice TV. Nice pool. Really liked the double shot peach daiquiris at the little pool side bar. Very laid back. I like being able to park right outside the room. All the staff was very nice. I will stay again for sure. I just don't need to pay a lot more for stuff I'll never use on vacation. Very close to Sea World and great restaurants.

Most of our stay was great! The jacuzzi was enjoyable. Rooms spacious! Pool refreshing! It even has a sandy beach for the kids. Lobby staff accomodating and friendly as well as the concierge (sp). Resort close proximty to parks, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Prices too high at the Resort's marketplace.
Not much security except for a parking ...

We stayed in vacation homes out past Kissimmee prior to this. Never again! This was the perfect place in the perfect location. And the space and floor plan. This was almost as big as my first home.
The service was wonderful, the facilities very accomodating, fantastic for us on our anniversary trip, but will also be great for the whole family. It sleeps 5-6 in the 2 bedroom and up to 7-8 in the 3 bedroom. We will be taking the kids back!
