I've not had the ribs, but based on the pulled pork sandwich I've had twice I bet they are great. The meat was tender and moist with a heavy-duty and intense charcoal flavor. This place does not slow smoke with hickory or similar wood. I prefer slow smoked as a rule but this place was really delicious.
