Starbucks did call me back and three levels of management are wanting to understand what happened. I am really surprised that they are making such a thorough follow up. I have been assured that if I ever ask for a cup of water with my coffee again, I will get one.OVERALL

Get this. I buy a cup of coffee and ask for a small glass of water with a little bit of water to mix into the coffee (if it is too strong). The clerk tells me to go outside and buy it because the Art Fair is going on. So I ask for a manager's email. They give me a cell phone that no one answers, and the voicemail does not identify starbucks. Who needs these cheapskates?OVERALL
