This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the St. Louis area. The Nopal is my favorite. I also recommend the Carnitas. Everything I've tried has been good.

Have been a long time patron of El Paisano. Food is great & the margaritas are the best! Victor & his staff take excellent care of thier guests. Thier menu includes a wide selection of fajitas, quesadillas, burritos & seafood selections as well. If you don't see it on the menu, just ask & they will do thier best to satisfy your hunger!

This place is gross. I am not exaggerating. I can't understand how they've stayed in business for as long as they have, or how so many others give this place a good review. I had a combination platter, with beans, rice, burrito, enchilada, and chimichanga, none of which was good. It was bland, too wet, and everything seemed to mesh together ...

Best Margaritas around. Wonderful friendly staff and great food. I'm a regluar on Friday nights. See you there.

Great authentic Mexican food. Try the Texas Fajitas...Awesome! The manager Victor keeps an excellent stock of real Mexican Tequilas in a range of prices. Can get crowded on Friday & Saturday nights but worth it.

Really Excellent Mexican Food. I would highly recommend their Steak Chimichanga as well as all of their fajitas, especially the shrimp. Their El Paisano Special is also excellent. NIce ambiance in the evenings with a strolling musician sometimes.Very reasonably priced.Don't be thrown off by the exterior of the building.This place is every bit as good as Casa Gallardo. I think it is better. Truly a Gem in Arnold.

They have good food. Homemade. Staff are pretty friendly. I would go back.
