Last night, I had a problem with a telephone order, and asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to someone (Charlotte) who was very professional, polite and was able to help me to resolve my order. That was sooooo much different from customer service in the past, because I agree with everyone else, It was horrible!

The pizza was good at one time. It is no longer good. It is greasy and if you order delivery it will be cold. The staff are ignorant and have ruined a family tradition of service.

customer service is a $#^&@*! i dont care how good it is (ive had it several times-not by choice)taste good yeah but the joints look nasty and dirty. and again the customer service is not up to par with human courtesy standards. its a shame how most folk dont care about that anymore. and then i have to pay for that oh hell no! oh ill eat it but i am not payin for it.

I live in Chicago in Hyde park not too far where Obama USED to live and Italian fiesta is always busy because they sell very good THIN crust chicago style pizza. I just called and got through on the first try without any problems (never really had problems with them). They are delivering because it -12 degrees out and good hot pizza warms the soul. :-)

I have tried for over two straight hours to place an order, and this number (773) 684-2222 is always busy. I called one of the other locations and was told that the only way to place an order was by using that number. I guess they don't want a lot of business.
