I WOULD LIKE TO THANK U FOR THE WOUNDERFUL FOOD THAT IS MADE, I COME FROM KALAMAZZO MICH JUST TO EAT THERE, I HAVE FRIENDS THATS GO THEY EVERYTIME THERE IN CHICAGO, THE EMPLYEE ARE SO NICE, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, WHEN I MOVE TO CHIIAGO I WOULD LOVE TO WORK THERE, IAM IN THE FOOD SERVICE BUSINESS ALSO, WE NEED A SOUL FOOD RESTARANT HERE.....OVERALL

Mac A's is the best soul food restaurant in Chicago. My son recently took me there to eat and I was very impressed. I vowed to eat there at least once a week, if I can. Delicious, Appetizing and Magnificent!!!!! D.A.MOVERALL

now i would have to disagree with nika, i have been to voth of the dusties in the southside, and their food is so over seasoned, its ridiculous. something are even unbareable to eat. and you would think that because itsa buffet they have a lot to choose from but they don't. they cook the food cheaply and poorly.1 of 1 Yahoo! I can agree as far as the customer service. The servers and cashiers are ssssooo rude. They would give you pieces that are overly cooked and will give you attitude if you tell them to give you a different one. I sometimes wonder would they eat it or would they even put it on there plates if it was theirs. Overall, the food is good even though ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Ab"soul"lutely MarvolousI had raise my rating because I believe whole heartidly that this is the best restaurant for soul food in the entire Chicagoland area. it will be hard to find a restaurant that specializes in soul food that can hold a candle to this place. The food is consistantly good. It is definately worth the trip.OVERALL

Yummy!The workers rush you through the line, so have an idea of what it is you want. You start of saying how many dinners you want and what kind (chicken, ribs, etc.) then you tell them which sides. I only say this if you are like me and you wnt to know exactly what you're getting into when you go to a new place. :) enjoy! Prices are super dooper low. They give you A LOT so come hungry!OVERALL
