good stuff, excellent pizza, true chicago

I have been eating at Uno/Due for more than 20 years now and I won't eat anyone else's pizza. The large sausage patty and stewed tomato sauce is the best in Chicago and I will die eating it!!

I've had great chicago style pizza and this place does not sell it! The dough is soggy, the sauce is average at best, and the overall restaurant decor is dark, and not interesting. I would not go back as there are much better pizzerias in town.

Everyone claims to have Chicago Style Pizza (even the somewhat generic Giordano's), but this truly is the real deal. Seating is limited at this establishment, so if there's a wait, I suggest walking a block over to Pizzeria Due for a more family friendly, and less bar-like, atmosphere. The food is excellent for the price! I like the variety on the menu and the fast service from the staff. The only dislike that I have is that there aren't more Pizza Uno's in the Chicago area.

Have been to several Pizzeria UNO places in my day, but this one is the best I have ever gone too. The food was excellent, place was clean, service was great.
