I had pasta, very bland and boring for $15. The waiter forgot to put in our order which made our wait an extra 45 minutes for food...not cool. We were late getting to the parking meter, luckily we didn't get a ticket. The key lime pie was good but $9 a slice isn't realistic, how about you cut the piece in 1/2 and charge $4.50. We're fat enough we don't need a 3-serving piece of pie people!

For the price...I wasn't impressed. Visiting friends in the windy city and the waiter "accidentally erased the order and then forgot what was ordered. Hope there is no inconvience that it will be a few minutes longer then..." Um, yes. It is a problem. We have to pay for parking, walk a million miles, and drive to another state in ...

We have been there twice....the service was awesome, the food was out of this world...had Chicken Parm...beautiful building and decor...will go every time we are in Chicago!!!:)

Great place to eat!

I sought out this Cafe on Yahoo! because it is truly that good and it deserves credit.

I loved it, my sister and I were together for a dessert and I can say I had the best brownie-esqe cake in my life. She ordered something of substance which was also amazing. The staff was excellent, also! Go here.

Loved it!! Chicken sandwich great!! Got in early in evening and no wait. Love the bartender Josh Dunkin!!! and Scottie too!!! What a view of Mag Mile and a beautiful restaurant. Next visit to Chicago--I will be eating there several times.

So many people that the staff couldn't keep service level up and I think I made a mistake in ordering the weinerschneizel (sp?) which came out soggy and fairly tasteless. A salad, beer, main course cost me close to $50. Not a good value nor was it great food. Expected better

I love The Grand Lux...the seaseme tofu & the salmon is the best!!! And so are the smoothies. YUMMY!!
