The only thing worse then their Drive Thru service is their Walk In Service. I have waited as long as ten minutes for something as simple as a cup of black coffee AFTER I have placed my order. The employee's have pictures of the food items on the cash register to help in paying. They should also have LARGE pictures of those same food items to help them identify what to put in an order.
