I've been in the drive-thru a few times and I've had a good experience every time. The people are friendly and the food is just as good. There should be more of these places around, it seems like a throwback to the ways fast food used to be. Some of the other places I've been to can take some tips on how to treat customers with respect. I think the Tri-Cities could use their own A&W.
