The hotel is located in a great part of Bilbao. The staff was really helpful and gave us lots of great information. The room was always cleaned by the time we came back to the room. Easy walking distance from tram and metro stops. Plenty of restaurants, shops, cafes and bars nearby. A clean, comfortable, relatively inexpensive hotel in the old part of town. We were pleasantly surprised.

The location is superb; the staff were knowledgable and helpful and spoke english;the water was hot; the room was smart, comfortable, large and clean with lovely french windows over the street; and there is a wonderful charcuteria across the street and an internet cafe around the corner .
Very convenient for restaurants, close proximity to the tram.
