I have family that lives out in Beach Park and we went to the Emily's pancake house and there breakfast was the best I've ever had. I hade the Counrty Omelet with Sausage Gravy. Service was excellent and there was no wait especially for being there on a Sunday morning after church. Staff was very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone at anytime.

OK, I have not been to this new location, but the one on Green Bay Road in Waukegan did have good food. The problem was the cockroach that crawled out from under my hash browns on my plate! Want a good breakfast better than Emilys????? Go to the Point in Gurnee!

I love homemade cooking! Fantastic breakfast. Ample servings. Fairly friendly waitstaff. My new favorite is the Crepes Benedict. The skillets are excellent, as well. Great value. I like to bring the family here because the food is good and filling and it won't break the bank.

My family took me to Emily's on sheridan rd for father's day. We had a great experience. The restaurant was very busy, so we were worried about waiting. We were seated within 5 mins, attended to promptly, drinks were brought right out.

We arrived at approximately 10:15am on a Sunday – we waited approximately 5 minute to be seated. Our waitress was fairly busy, but was friendly and somewhat prompt. Once we placed our order, the food was at the table in approximately 10 minutes.

The food is wonderful! I personally had the eggs and gyros meat with toast. Never had eggs so perfect and gyros meat to accompany them!
The portion sizes there are extremely large (which was a wonderful thing) as I was able to take a doggy bag! I've been craving thier food every since!
