called to oder a pizza, rudely and abrutly put on hold. asked for a large thin crust with sausage , pepperoni and cheese....extra cheese. receipt says pepperoni and cheese...extra cheese but in fact all i got was a cheese pizza. i think in the future if im planning on trying to get a pizza at a reasonable price ill stick wtih dominoes. totally unacceptable customer service and didnt get what i ordered !

I use to love Mike's Pizza, until I got food poisoning from it! I had never thrown up so much in all of my life!

The pizza is pretty good. i like my pizza with lots of sauce & sometimes they do that. the crust is really awesome! I just say never put it on your credit card. They cheated me out of my money. i told them to leave a 2 dollar tip but she took more out. I just thought that was really direspectful

I order Mikes Pizza last night around 6:10pm and they said on the phone to me about 40 mins so I got to Mikes around 7:05 pm and I was one of many people waiting for there food. I would say around 8-12 people waiting
for their food I finally got my 1 pizza cheese and sausage at 7:41 I waited over from the time I called to when it was in my hands ...

The Manager is rude and doesnt very correctly handle customer relations in the manner i feel necessary to give him business. I was at work attempting to order 3 lg for the price of club prices however the person in our office had the club no. bad for us good for them I called him on vacation gave the manager the no then he could not find it yet and then i was told our information could not be found . I will never myself give him my business

This used to be one of the tastiest pizzas in town, in my opinion. It has decreased in quality. Last time I ordered I could barely find the ingredients between all that cheese and sauce. Never ordered again, never plan on it either.

Definitely not the best pizza in Illinois or Lake County. Its given three stars because its cheap, especially if you want to feed a lot of hungry people. It doesn't even compare to Quonset and I would never recommend this to anyone visiting from out of town because it says nothing about how the food in Lake County is.

Not sure where some of the people writting comments have eaten piza before but the best ever? I would be more worried about tolerable. A buddy and I ordered two large peps and received them in 1 and 1/2 hours (which is exactly what they told me when I ordered) One of the pizzas was burnt on top, so much so you could smell the burnt portion. ...

No doubt, Mikes Pizza is affordable for those at home birthday pizza parties and you still have money left over for candy bags.
