I was there on a Saturday night. They were busy with three bday parties running at the same time, but kept up the pace. The scallops were fresh and the bartenders made sure you always had a drink. The band Roundhouse was playing that night and kept the party going all night. Good 30-40's type of crowd. Would definitely go back, especially when Roundhouse is playing.

My co-workers and I went there last weekend (early January 2009) and were impressed -- new owner, new menu, new decor.

We sampled five or six appetizers, had a bottle of wine, and mixed drinks. Everything was delicious, and the service was wonderful. The bar was staffed so that no one waited for anything. The music was just right, and the atmosphere was really nice for a Friday night happy hour/dinner. We will definitely go back.

Yep here you go a place where its ok to spend a little more. Im normally a cheap basterd, but this place justifies spending an extra buck for quality. If ur looking for a special night out and like seafood this place is quality. They also have live entertainment..Very good atmosphere and great service..have ur credit with ya.but u wont be sorry..

Porters was excellent. The food all came fast and was excellent. The service from the moment I walked into the door was great. After dinner my party and I danced the night away to their excellent band, and we enjoyed drinks all night long at their bar. The whole experience was very enjoyable and I cannot wait to go back for another night of dining and fun.
