The food I've had at the Bistro has been generally good. A burger was overdone once and some scallops were a little on the cold side. I'm more fond of going here for lunch than for supper. Their prices of $6 to $7 for a beer seem a bit excessive. The service has been kind of strange at times but mostly acceptable.

very tasty cuisine. Helpful and courteous staff, and excellent atmosphere. Top notch restaurant for Bismarck, I really dig this joint. Also, the prices are reasonable too.

Since it changed owners, the food and service have both gone downhill. We took some out of town guests there and will never do so again. When we arrived at the Bistro we had heard good things about them and had looked forward to dining there, I would have to say that all of that came to an end ever so shortly. Hands down, the best place to eat in town; if you can afford it! Try the Spicy Chicken Tortellini, it is to die for! The atmosphere is something you just have to experience to understand!
