I seriously love this place. Granted though, I'm Asian and it's the nearest place to eat that has Asian food. If you're a true Asian, you can't eat at an Asian buffet that's clean up to America's standards. The worst I have ever seen. They are the highest priced buffet in the area and offer the least. Pay as you enter and no service of any kind. After seating yourself grab your food and unwrapped silverware and juggle a beverage and eat up. The meat pans sit empty until all the leftover veggies are almost gone while they keep the pans full of cheap ...

We go here quite often, although it is not great Asian food, it is very good consistently.
We have never had a problem with the food not being hot, and as for some of it "being under heat lamps and dried out", It's a buffet!

A lot of time, under heat lamp too long. Dried out like mentioned in the other review. Also, many times, the food is relatively cold, a health hazard. Finally, the clientele let there kids run through the lines unsupervised. Unwashed hands here, a sneeze below the glass shields there equals health hazards again.

I'm not a fan of buffets, but the food is always good here. When I lived in the cities, I would drive up just to eat here.

After reading Dave's review, I'd have to say he and his wife may have been having a bad day! I have been to the Hong Kong Buffet over 30 times and have had a great meal every single time. I went there twice and it was bad both times. The food sits under heat lamps I assume far a day or two because it was dried out both times. My wife thought the food tasted off also. I see that there are a few reviews that are 5 starts I can only assume that it is the owner and there friends. This was the worst Buffet I've been to since I moved to Minnesota.
