They have great chips and salsa. I live in Eagan and this is our favorite local Mexican restaurant. The beef fajitas are yummy. You can watch ESPN in Spanish on the tv by the bar.

Best Mexican food in Eagan, and pretty much anywhere! Try the Chori-pollo. The white "salsa" is excellent, and to reiterate another comment, everything I have ever had there is fantastic!

They keep giving you more chips and dip when you finish eating your chips and they don't charge you. Food tasted great. Yum.

Easily my favorite restaurant to go to. The staff is always friendly and quick, and the food is always delicious. Endless warm tortilla chips, salsa and what I think is a ranch sauce (it's delicious). I can't even pick a favorite off the menu, but I've never had anything I didn't like. We are never disappointed by El Loro - only if we can't get a table. Now that they've expanded, that doesn't happen much. Excellent food, excellent margaritas. Take out or eat in.

They charged my credit card an extra $3 after I left the restaurant. I had already given them a $3 tip in cash on the table and put a line through the tip portion of the credit card recipt before I signed it.
