I get this pizza whenever I'm in St. Paul. It is just plain good. A real throw back Italian atmosphere in the dimly lit eating area. Nothing fancy to look at, but GOOD PIZZA! Parking is a disaster outside but deal with it, it is worth the hassle!!!

As their web page states " Once you've had a Savoy pizza, no other pizza will satisfy you!", it's a fact. Grew up in St.Paul and it when I return it's the first night's dinner. Even bring some pre-baked back to Texas for a later treat. I wish I could open a franchise in Dallas!

Best Pizza in the Twin Cities hands down! We order extra cheese everytime and the sausage is great. Really dark atmosphere, but it's sort of a novelty. You almost feel like your in an old style pizza joint back in the 70's.

Love the pizza ... Service was ummm , Well lets just say they need to get a new GM and a whole new face lift on service. Server was loud and very annoying (on drugs or something) Reminded me of Chris Farley . A can of pop @ only $1.25 LOL . Also update your website - pizza was $2 less on there ...

The Atmosphere Needs a Update and the Pizza is Good! I think they Can be More Diverse! Other wise for my First Time Being there its OK. How do you Serve good pizza on cafteria Tray? and Why ?

Wonderful, cozy environment and very friendly staff. Their pizza is good, but has too much sauce for me. They have excellent french fries though. If you are dining in, be sure and order pitchers of soda or beer... it will be MUCH cheaper than ordering one drink at a time (they serve sodas in a can). The food is salty so you will need more than one can of soda for sure!

One of the best pizzas in Minnesota and you can't beat the atmosphere. Wait is sometimes very long, but it's well worth it!

Warning: Contents of this pizza box may be addicting and totally delicious. The old-school, no-nonsense atmosphere of the downtown atmosphere is over-stated. Its a friendly place that reminds me of how pizza should be done. Honestly, good luck finding a better tasting sauce or crust.

Red’s Savoy pizza is one of the best Pizza I’ve eaten in a long time, no matter what the weirdo critics say.
So, after the Saint Paul Winter carnival fun, go get some pizza.
