FANG RESTAURANTA very excellent resturaunt! The food is prepared when ordered instead of siting under a heater. It is an open-style kitchen and the food has no MSG. I would recommend it to anyone!!!!OVERALL

Not too badThe strong points about Fang are that the owners genuinely friendly and they are always very enthusiastic. Secondly, the portions for their meals are generous. The orange chicken happy meal is probably my favorite item. The chicken is sweet and spicy. But that's where it ends.
The cooks are not enthusiastic. I have witnessed this every time ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

New Owners?This has been one of my favorite Chinese restaurants since the first opened but all new people working there in the last 6 months and the food isn't as good. Sesame chicken was my fav..nice tender white meat, but now made with dark meat and often dry and chewy. Still good..just not AS good.OVERALL

I'm a RegularThis place has the best chinese I have ever had and that is saying a lot, because I have eaten at most in the metro area. I do agree though that eating at the restaurant isn't exactly like eating at a classy sitdown place. Good prices and most importantly great food from this family owned and operated restaurant.
