I have eaten at dos gringos a few times. it seems that the food just gets worse and worse. The service was horrible last time i was there on a friday night. My waitress was rude. On Father's Day, 2008, we ordered the $8 lunch buffet as usual and we were billed $14. I brought this to the attention of the waitress who informed us that because it was Father's day, they were serving prime rib and therefore charging the higher price. Dos Gringo's is luke warmI have been there twice, once before the remodling and once after. The first time I was there, the margarita was TERRIBLE. I know this because I was a bartender for 12 years. The food was nothing to rave about. The chips were fresh and the salsa okay. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there, but the interior is very nice compared to what it was.OVERALL
