Sure wished I had read the reviews before visiting Brisco County Grill this last time. It seemed in years past that it used to be a better quality restaurant. I went here to take advantage of their invitation on the web menu to come for a free birthday lunch. When I mentioned this to the waitress, she hadn't heard of that, went to confer with ...

Bad bad food. The view is nice. Steak was like an old piece of leather when ordered rare. Was told by the waitress that most of the dishes were also bad. Bar has a great view but not worth eating inedible food. Used to like this place but that was a long time ago.

Service was not good at all. we called ahead and was tould "it will be a 10 to 15 minute wait". So we left the other restaurant (mistake)And ended up sitting at Brisco for 37 minutes! And this was on a Thursday night at 7:30pm! We have eaten there for the past couple years and both service and food has gone downhill...

Poorly prepared entree's. Many are pre cooked and I have had things served still frozen in the center. Soups are often below proper serving temperature and the place is filthy. Look in the ceiling vents and the computer register areas, filthy.

The view was outstanding, but the food was all very, very salty, and all had a similar taste. First time trying the restaurant. Service was fine, though they were super busy. Probably would not try again.

Good Food Too!

I went here one night to try something new and was very impressed. Good atmosphere, their mozerella sticks are to die for! I got the sampler special... bit of steak, chicken, and pork chop. Very very good. Steak was perfect. All I know is if you want good mot sticks, and quesidellas... this is the place. You could make a meal just out of their appitezers. Yummy.

We have eaten here several times usually good food A couple of things this time. Ask for a table away from the entrance to the kitchen. My wife had the swordfish which you could smell before it hit the table, and it taste just like it smelled - very fishy. So this time ok for everything else but we have had better. We will be make but no more fish.

Food was just ok, nothing to write home about but the location is awsome. right on the river.
