I like their burgers! The chef is a great guy. Service is impeccable, and the whole atmosphere of the place exudes character. If you want to experience Vermont in all its comestible charm, "Eat at Chauncey's!"

We have been to chauncey's the food there is just great, might even stop there again this year on our way to the house we rent in vermont every year.

we had a wonderful meal at chaunceys,the food and service was outstanding,though the family with the children should have gone to MDLDS,We where so glad to see the owner speak to the mother.Maybe the parents should reconcider before entering a quiet restaurant with a clean floor.Again,the food was supurb.We will be back

GOOD home cooking!!! Owner and employees are Vermonters! One of the waitresses was a model for Norman Rockwell!! Have never had a bad meal here, and eat either breakfast, dinner or both every time we spend any time at our second home here in Arlington, and it's several times a month. If you want to "dine", go north to Manchester and get a flatlander from New Jersey or New Yawk to take your order.

This was an absolute delight! The meal was intensely satisfying, and the service splendid. A magnificent gastronomic adventure to nicely cap our journey through the night. We recommend the corned beef hash, simply delectable. Also the French Toast was superbly savory symphony.

We went there one winter morning. The ambience was too good. And the food was just great. I would suggest their banana cream pie. Its a winner.
