Karen (owner) is an absolute gem!! Rare and unique indeed. I would only be so lucky to have another opportunity to be able to visit the B & B again. The rooms are very spacious and the decor is done in perfection. I don't understand why anyone would have to take cabs to get breakfast...the Elmwood area is loaded with restaurants, cafes ...

Never again. Hookers on the street. Drunk homeless people pan handling.

stayed with karen in 2006 the house was really nice,but very noisey outside,we went for bed and breakfast but we didnt get breakfast there was cakes on the table wich she baked herself,when asked about breakfast she said she would cook it at price ?didnt bother walked down too the town instead.had too get cabs every were there was no busses.but loved buffalo if i went again i would stay in a hotel sorry ! but you would get more for yor money.
