I have never stayed there, so I can't comment about service etc .It may be excellent.
But if you want to visit Haiti , why stay at Carrefour?
There's nothing touristic in that area , maybe 30 years but not now .

This Hotel is in the Carrefour area, it was a reasonably priced with excellent food at a fair price as well. Everything is very clean, the pool is cleaned everyday by 8 am. IT WAS GREAT, THE SWIMMING POOL WAS LOVELY THE FOOD WERE UHM UHM UHM.EXCEPT THAT IT WAS HARD TO GET FRESH TOWELS IN THE MORNING. AND, I WAS TOLD THERE IS SOFT DRINK IN THE FRIDGE AND THER WEW NONE. I'M SURE YOU CAN IMPROVE ON THAT MATTER.
