We used to stay there all the time. I had to leave Costa Rica for my three month visa exit and ended up here. I payed cash for the night I stayed there and found out a month later they had charged me for two nights on my credit card. I fought the bill and six months later it was taken off my bill. We will never, ever stay there again.

I stayed in Hotel Cocibolca for 6 nights with a volunteering group. I stayed in room 6 with two other roommates. Upon inspecting my bedding, the sheets were dirty and were never changes for the 6 nights that i stayed. The bath towels were stained and not changed daily. Loved the helpful staff. Great breakfast. Were able to accomodate to our special diet.

Staff was kind but not dependable. Each morning through most of day there was no water pressure, manager could not regulate the pressure for second floor, except dribble from shower head.
