Somewhat expensive but you're paying for location, location, location...San Souci Motel is right there on Buckroe Beach. The Motel has the flavor of the 60's (not ultra-modern). Staff was very friendly and very accomidating considering we where walkin's. They responed to our every need. They recommended local stores and shops that had great items to bring home for everyone as well as small diner's with great food and service.

Very nice quiet area right on beach for families. Great people to deal with, no problems. You will have to drive a little to go to restaurants or shopping but love the quietness and not a commercial area. Reminds me more of Hatteras. We will return often.
