I stayed at West Tower and the fercilities were very poorly maintained. Water pressure (14F) was week, drained slowly as if the sewage was blocked; toilet seat didn't fit. I spent 6 nights at this hotel while I was visiting my mother who lives close by and didn't have enough room for everyone.

I didn't find the reception staff very caring. They act like they have to do this job, be it grudgingly. They also look unprefessional with their half beards. The place has the feel of a large motel in the US.
