the white sands has it all!! very clean..great staff..superb amenities...they have thought of everything to make your vacation stress-free..the location is wonderful..great for families with children or great for couples...the spa is luxurious...the gym is well equipped...the restaurants are delicious...the white sands is more than a resort...it is a diamond!!!!

My family and I stayed at the White Sands recently and all I have to say is wow! You cant beat the location by a long shot anywhere else on the shore. You have everything you need without having to go anywhere. We arrived and had dinner in their second floor resturant. The food and service there was great. The manager was awesome, she made a point to stop by and introduce herself and welcome us.
Our hotel room was very large - two king sized beds. Everything was clean and well kept.
The hotel is a little bit away from the boardwalk, but it is walkable.

First this is not a resort. For what I paid I expected more. Yes they have a spa. So what, I can get a massage anywhere. Let’s start off with making the reservations. Here's what I can say, the place has a fantastic location, and in the end that's what matters. However, it has some detractors. The service staff is indifferent, at best. When we checked in, we walked into our room and were promptly greeted by soaking carpet. Apparently the bathroom sink's pipe had come undone (screw together pvc) ...

My family and I stay at the White Sands often. My husband and I sometimes even go down in the winter months for alittle adult time. It is really great for both couples and family. The location is great, right on the beach, and walking distance to the board walk and town. I love the spa. They are first class. I definately recomend this place.

Don't believe everything you read...sounds like that review was written by a kid! The White Sands is far from being a 'roach motel.' It is a large place with a hotel and spa on one side of the street and resort style rooms on the ocean side. It has 2 outdoor pools, a baby pool, and an indoor pool. A restaurant, cafe, salon, 2 gift shops ...
