this place was over priced,and under staffed, the pool was not clean and we overlooked the parking lot! we couldn't get lounges by the beach because they didn't have enough to accomedate their guests,the white sands is a motel maquerading as a resort and spa...don't waste your money!

Oh crap, im booked to stay here later on in the season.
Now im curious to see how all these reviews are going to compare to mine.

Way over priced for a plain room. Don't let the website fool you It's no Resort! Our room didn't even have a place to put a suitcase! I guess if the floor counts they do. The room was clean I'll give the cleaning staff an A+. The poor guy at the front desk needed help! He was very nice He also gets an A+ Just too much for one ...

Ok, the ONLY two positives is the location of this place which is steps away from the beach and the nice little old lady working the front desk. the white sands has it all!! very clean..great staff..superb amenities...they have thought of everything to make your vacation stress-free..the location is wonderful..great for families with children or great for couples...the spa is luxurious...the gym is well equipped...the restaurants are delicious...the white sands is more than a resort...it is a diamond!!!!

My family and I stayed at the White Sands recently and all I have to say is wow! You cant beat the location by a long shot anywhere else on the shore. You have everything you need without having to go anywhere. We arrived and had dinner in their second floor resturant. The food and service there was great. The manager was awesome, she made a point to stop by and introduce herself and welcome us.
Our hotel room was very large - two king sized beds. Everything was clean and well kept.
The hotel is a little bit away from the boardwalk, but it is walkable.
