My family and I stayed at this hotel for a week and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff made sure we had clean towels everyday and where there to clean the rooms everyday as well. The only think we did not like about the hotel is that upon arriving there were dildos in the parking lot...just sitting there and a member of the cleaning staff just walked by them and left them there.
