Loved the ocean view right from the front window. Located right on the beach. Nice clean rooms. Friendly owner. Quiet and beautiful location. Very family friendly or romantic. Your choice. This is my second time here.I recommend this motel to anyone who loves the ocean. I hope to come here every year.

Liked the closeness to the beach. Did not like huge amounts of dog poop all over the grass areas in front of our cottage!

This is a great getaway retreat.
The cottages are updated, clean,and right at the edge of the beach. They are well stocked with all the basics that you need to enjoy a fabulous stay, right down to the wood that you need to stoke the fireplace for a cozy weekend, to just sit and decompress.

We had a very nice stay here with our children and two dogs! It's not fancy but very "beach" cozy, the room was very clean, the owners are relaxed and friendly. It's right on a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach. Good store close by (Larry's). Our new favorite place in Rockaway!
