I moved away from Alabama about 9 years ago. I go back every year on my vacation. I found the Roosters Rest about 8 years ago. I love it there. I am sure I will return again next year.

Nicest place I have been in Alabama. Hostess was so sweet, cabin was so charming, fishing was great! And to beat it all the prices were great. This is a hidden gem. I can't wait to go back

Best money I ever spent. So peaceful and quite. Gave us a chance to get back to nature in nearby parks etc. Donna and Jim thought of every detail. I guess I would sum it up as ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Great rates, a great place, and great people! We will return!

We loved the sound of a summer shower on the Bass House tin roof. Jim and Donna are the nicest people and the place was super clean, super quiet, super perfect.

I can't wait to return. Best value I have had in a long time for my money. Their rates are very reasonable. For what you would pay for a hotel you can have your own cabin!

Was nice to escape Florida. Most restful vacation of my life. The hostess is the best, she thought of everything! Can't wait to return!

Wow what a wonderful retreat and wonderful people. Jim and Donna were the best. Donna didn't forget one detail. The cabin was spotless and the special touches were awesome. This is the most peaceful place I have ever been. We can't wait to go back.
