RIP OFF!!!This place is nothing like the advertisements and website. It is dirty, noisy, smells bad and the owner/operator/manager is rude, insulting, nasty and waiting to ruin you and your family's trip.

Horrible!!My husband and I checked in to the Mission Inn B&B in March of 08 to celebrate our anniversary.
First off, it's RIGHT on Ortega Hwy, so you have the sights, sounds, and smells of heavy traffic all day, all night. The lobby, or "parlor" as they call it, is tiny, tacky, and completely understaffed.

RIP OFF!! Bad service, Bad Room. Stay Away!This is the worst place I have ever stayed at in my life! I am not usually the type of person to complain, but this place has to be exposed for what it is. The property is completely misrepresented from their website. What they call a “romantic bed and breakfast” is actually a run down tacky motel.
