My daughters and I reserved a room with my credit card, two weeks in advance of our annual Mother's Day vacation. We were told that check in time was 3pm, and that is when we arrived. No one around. Note on the door that read be back shortly, with a cell phone number to contact them. We waited an hour, called cell phone number about 20 times. Nothing. So we were forced to find alternative lodging, and were not pleased.
