    Good location...could be a very nice place; optimum word being COULD; however this place adds a whole new meaning to the words "Trailer Trash" what a dump... I was looking for someplace nice for my retired Brother to put hit 5th Wheel... I would be scarred to let a Junk Yard Dog into this place... Sorry but that is what I see and feel...
