i found this place by accident and for $150/ wk found it to be a great value the rooms and buildings are dated but well mantaind there is daily housekeeping and it was snowing at the time of my stay and the parking lot was always plowed the thing that i found out is this is the old tourist area of Muncie but most of the old motels are still running so there is quite a compiton when i stayed i think maybe 5-7 rooms were being used

This is an old, run-down, seedy motel, not very clean, and not well maintained. No ameneties at all. Cheap interior-type locks on the doors and no locks on the windows. Way overpriced for such a depressing, dingy place. For only a few dollars more you can stay at a halfway decent motel. I can't help but wonder if it was the owner who wrote the other review here, in the hope of attracting custsomers.
