You can expect clean rooms and courteous service every time you arive.The owners are very particular so you won't be surprised with any disappointments.We highly recommend this place especially since we know there will be no gimmick specials and prices as other motels pull to suck you in then never have.Just expect fair treatment .

Next to Jim Stafford, the Old Southern Inn is a staple in Branson. As other guests have noted, Joe and Carol are great. They are so hospitable, they know the area and they know their clients. It's a great place for the family and the value is unbeatable. Oh, and I always look forward to the powdered donuts in the morning over a cup of coffee with Joe and Carol.
