It's your typical old New England beach front motel. Nothing fancy about it except the location. You couldn't ask for better views of the ocean, and both lighthouses. If you're looking for the Ritz, this isn't it, but the veiws and location are well worth the tariff.

The motel is not at all well maintained. The railing from our third floor room was loose and wobbly, it would be easy to fall from the balcony. The sliding glass door to the balcony had been jimmied open and would not lock. The bed was like sleeping on a board.
