i loved that the lodge was very very new and cleanly and offers a full kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and silverware that you would need to make a nice meal. i enjoyed my stay and would stay here whenever i need a hotel in groton. the price is great $70 a night is a bargain, when thenavy lodge was full i stayed at the best ...
You cant beat this place! It was very clean, the rooms are large with a full kitchenette! Anything you could want. It was very convient traveling with a small child! The floors were clean. I am retired and I come to Groton to see old friends and see some of the Old sites. The Navy Lodge has been rebuilt, brand new facilty. The rooms are more spacious and has everything you need to stay for one night or a week.
