Wrong Cottage HeaderYour review is for Lanz but is listed under Hayes....I stay at Hayes every year and we have a great time. No its not a palace but when your on a vacation you "make it a good time". We have several families come every year for a great time here. It is what you make of it. Horrible vacationI heard this place used to be nice for yrs. but I was warned that things had changed when one of the male sibling took over. So we stayed at Lanz's like we had in the past and had no problems in the past and I was never so sorry.....worst vacation my family has ever had. 300.00 in groceries ruined because refrigerator did not cool properly and ...5 of 12 Yahoo!
