Cozy B & Blocation, price and ambiance were spot on. We stayed in the niagra room, it was very clean and cozy. The victorian decor was nice along with the antiques. Peggy's 4 course breakfast was mouth watering! We found the owners to be very friendly.
The Grape Arbor is nicely located on the Lake Erie Wine Trail. We enjoyed the casino 20 minutes away. It was a great get away from the kids and we will definitly be returning soon.OVERALL

DissapointedInnkeepers were not very friendly. Newly remodeled included alot of peeling wallpaper, curtains pinned together, cracks in walls, and gaps in ceilings. Your view from the inn is either a main road or rental apartment complexes.
