Yea, the place stunk to high heaven. 2 dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor, spiderweb in the corner of the shower and a big crack in the bathroom sink.
I've stayed here multiple times through '07 and '08. The location is excellent, right in between Harper's Ferry and Charlestown racetrack but I'll spent the extra $20 for a room elsewhere.

Crap hotel, crap service, full with rats and cockroaches. I am very lenient when it comes to picking hotels and just needed a place to stay, but man this place was terrible. My husband and I have been staying at Northgate Inn for over 5 years, customer services is great, the rooms need more work done to it, the furniture need a upgrade, not clean at all, most of the rooms I've stayed in has an odor in them, new carpet is needed bad.

This motel is Clean and the new Managmet is great. Best price in Town. The room's was clen, Bathroom's are clen smell fresh. We had a 10 room's and all 10 room's was clean. Not 1 room bed. We all be going back at Northgate Inn. We try all motel in town. But Northgate Inn was the best.i like to thank's to all the employees. It was the best stay.
