Good food, overpriced roomsI didn't stay here since once I saw the room I backed out and stayed somewhere else. The rooms are clean, location of hotel is good, restaurant food was pretty good too.... but the room is very basic and small for Y180, which is a lot since you can go somewhere else for half the price.OVERALL

A beautiful retreat from the crowdsJust outside the South Gate, this new hotel retains all the charm and friendliness of Jim's guesthouse. The large, comfortable rooms have lovely Tibetan-style decore, heated blankets, and a heater in each room! The ensuite bathroom was the poshist and cleanest I found in China.
